Dial-A-Ride (DART) gets you around Sault Ste. Marie with a modern lineup of public transit services and customer facilities tailored to make your trip fast, comfortable and economical. Since March 29th of 1974, Sault Dial-A-Ride has provided “curb to curb” public transportation in Sault Ste. Marie.
Sault Dial-A-Ride is a shared ride, demand response public transportation service. The intent of the shared ride system is for patrons to call for a ride and then share the ride with others who are grouped with them to their destinations.
We have 7 vehicles all equipped with wheelchair lifts to provide transportation to all our mobility impaired passengers.
Books of tickets are $20.00 each for a book of 10 rides for adult or 20 rides for Children, Senior or Disabled. Books of tickets are on sale the first six business days of each month for $16.00.
