Hundreds of thousands of twinkling lights and imaginative Christmas decorations are ready for the public to view at the Avery Center in Downtown Sault, MI.
Community Action’ Festival of Trees, which has been going on for many years now, has “got a fresh look to it,” thanks to the layout of more than 40 trees in the Atrium of Avery Square located at 510 Ashmun Street.
“The thing most people enjoy about it is slowing down for a minute,” Community Action employee’s have said of the annual tour. “There’s a sense of peace on their faces when they look at the trees.”
There is no charge to view the trees, which have been sponsored by Community Action. Community action would also like to thank the many volunteers from Malcom High School, Sault Area High School, and Lake Superior University.
