What is Adult Day Care?
- Take Five is a program that provides family caregivers with a place to bring their loved one for the day.
- Gives you relief from the demands of the caregiving role while at the same time providing services for disabled or impaired loved ones.
- Social activities are designed for adults with memory loss and confusion—carried out in a setting that values the dignity, respect and the security of each person.
- Take Five Adult Day Care has been serving Chippewa, Luce and Mackinac Counties since 1996. Take Five provides an essential alternative for families who want to keep their loved ones living at home for as long as possible, but may need assistance in doing so.
