Emergency Shelter Services

While we do not currently have an Emergency Shelter, the Housing Department will work diligently to assist those that are experiencing housing insecurity with referrals to internal programs or to partner agencies with housing resources. CLMCAA Housing staff can provide housing applications for area housing agencies and if need be, assist with the completion of these applications.

Master Leasing Program

Our Family Shelter Program provides 10 temporary housing units for families with children who are experiencing homelessness. The program offers a safe, stable place to stay while families work with case managers to secure permanent housing and address barriers to long-term stability.

Eligible families may receive housing assistance for up to 120 days, during which they will have access to individualized case management, housing navigation, and connections to community resources designed to support a successful transition into permanent housing.

If you or someone you know is experiencing homelessness and needs assistance, please contact our Housing Services team to determine eligibility and learn more about available resources.

Motel Voucher Program

Our Emergency Motel Voucher Program provides short-term emergency shelter for individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or an immediate housing crisis when no safe alternative is available.

Eligible households may receive temporary motel accommodations for up to seven (7) days, depending on program availability, funding, and individual circumstances. During their stay, participants work with our Housing Services team to assess their needs, develop a housing plan, and connect with community resources that can help secure more stable housing.

This program is intended to provide immediate, temporary shelter while longer-term housing solutions are identified.

If you are experiencing homelessness or are at imminent risk of homelessness, please contact our Housing Services team to determine eligibility and available assistance.
