Since March 29th of 1974, Sault Dial-A-Ride has provided “curb to curb” public transportation in Sault Ste. Marie. The intent of the shared ride system is for patrons to call for a ride and then share the ride with others who are grouped with them to their destinations.
In September 2020 Dial-A-Ride began another alternative. Scheduled bus stops. You can now catch the bus that will pick-up and drop-off at set bus stop locations throughout town.
Paratransit services available when unable to make it to designated bus stop locations. Please dial ahead at (906) 632-6882 for assistance.
